I was able to upload a clip of the moving sensor on Benz world forum but don’t know why couldn’t post it on this forum. I have tried everything iPhone suggested to check and do

can you replace the stars in the link to “goo.gl”

https://photos.app.*******/wXnvqqWPXQbHrRoh6

whenever I submit the link, the website changes the middle of the link to stars. I plugged the “goo.gl” instead of the stars and was able to play the video

There are two spring clips that hold the two sensors in place on the thermostat housing. You might want to check that these are fully pressed home.

I will check the grey sensor clip in the morning. the black sensor seems to be tight in place and barely moving. Thanks
were you able to check the 8 second clip?
