I don’t think your car has anything severely wrong. But it could be taking a bit longer to warm up. Before the transmission reaches some preset operating temperature, it holds the gears longer and does not upshift quickly causing the engine and transmission to “bounce” on the very pliable mounts on rapid deceleration. Warm up for the transmission should be 1½ - 2 minutes at most and well before the coolant reaches 80 C. How many miles are on your car? Transmission fluid and filter should be changed at around 90,000 km. Another issue could be a failed thermostat causing the car to run very cold for too long. It needs to reach 40 C quickly. Finally, there could be a collapsed engine mount, but that would cause unpleasant noise and vibration which you do not report.
As a work around, you could let the car run at idle for 2 minutes before driving off. If that works, look to changing the transmission fluid. If not, suspect the thermostat.
A professional scan would be best to identify any recorded performance problems before doing repairs.
