Headlight washer lid broke

My headlight washer cover has come off. This is the lid like thing that is on the front bumper and opens when the headlights have to be washed. From inside the opening that this covers a tube like thing emerges that squirts washer liquid on the headlights. Is it a DIY to replace this? On my 09 C350 one of them has come off completely and the other one doesn't sit flush after the washing is complete.

You can definitely DIY it's not complicated. However there is a spring that goes attached to it, which is what makes it close back flush

This video is for W212 E-Class, which should be good enough to give you an idea of how to replace the cover.

Thanks for the video. I ordered the part https://www.ebay.com/itm/314324073977 from ebay but it doesn't come with the hinge and the spring as shown in
Is that a separate part? I could not locate it anywhere.

I found some part #s, but the diagrams is for my 2010 C300 but may be the same. The spring may be 2048550001
