Mercedes-Benz C200 W204 door light & ceiling doesn't light up
Hello.
I own a Mercedes-Benz C200 W204 from 2008 year and I have a problem with the lights from the door.
Specifically, the front left door light is not on when the door is open.
Also, the ceiling light does not come on when the door is opened.
At the other 3 doors, the lights and ceiling light come on.
I also changed the electrical fuses, but to no succes.
Has anyone else had this problem, do you know a fix please?

The light switch is part of the door latch.
Most likely: Latch striker is stuck. Lubricate and work to free. Try this first..
Least likely: Wire has broken or connector loose. Reconnect or repair. Inspect this before buying a new latch.
Possible: Switch has failed. Replace door latch
