2013 C350 zero electrical power *dead*
My beloved C350 was fine less than 12 hours ago. It was parked in the garage, no problem, normal temperature inside. This morning NO POWER nothing zippo. Tried the fob in the starter but nothing. Trunk release not working. Nothing.
no history of any problems whatsoever. No accidents. Only ‘spa visits’ for its yearly check ups and new tires about 3 months ago.
Any ideas???? Please help 🙏

Check the battery voltage.
If it’s DOA, it could be the battery itself or a failed voltage regulator (it’s on the alternator). Both can be tested.
If it’s around 12.6 V the fun starts.
The battery monitor on the negative cable could be bad, or a lot of other things.
Check to see if you have power at the OBDII connector and scan for codes if you do.

Sounds like a dead battery. If you can, check the battery with a volt meter. You could try boosting it using booster cables but that is a bit risky as you need to know what you are doing. You may try a different battery to see if that works.

Same happened with me, i parked my car at office & in evening when i got off the car had zero response; seemed like a battery issue though i tried jump starting the car even left it to charge for 5-10 mins but no luck, after hours wasting it was the steering mount assembly that caused the issue. Simple fix is try rotating steering wheel back & forth. Don't be gentle you need to apply good amount of force. Within one or two tries car got power like normal. I m no expert but seems like its the mercedes anti theft feature or something that locks the steering wheel which cuts of the power to the car until the steering wheel is unlocked.
