Can’t align headlights

Can’t align headlights
I have a w204 c350 and I recently just took off the headlights and bumper to do some work. Now I am unable to align the headlights with the hood, fender, and bumper for the life of me. Any help would be greatly Appreciated, I have linked a video of the problem with my car.
