W204 #22 fuse
Hi, I have a 2010 c350. It is blowing the #22 fuse. I have not found much of a description other than “engine electronics “. Anybody have a clue as to what could be a starting point to check on this problem? This is also causing the engine light to come on.
thanks

Probably not much help, but it does have slightly more info. Does the fuse blow immediately or when something changes?

Have you done anything to the car before this happened, worked on it, replaced something? Or it just started completely out of the blue?
Also try turning the car on without starting it, see if the fuse blows.
Im also guessing you dont have a scanner to see the code? Even an inexpensive basic $15 scanner would at least tell you what the code is. I was able to fix two check engine lights with my cheap scanner.
I did some quick searching and fuse 22 MAY be something to do with the thermostat, no idea without more info though. Can try unplugging the thermostat and see if the fuse blows then. Im totally guessing.

Engine light came on, checked codes, replaced 02 sensors and evap canister switch. Light was still on. Started checking several things and found blown #22 fuse blown, changed fuse and started car and engine light was out for about 15 seconds. Checked fuse and it was blown again.
I will check thermostat and. not starting the car after changing the fuse. Thanks
