Need help finding name of part

I'm trying to find the name/part number of this "bushing". The car is a w204 c200cdi 2011 model. The brushing needs to be changed on both sides as it's falling apart, as you can see on the last picture. (first picture is another car for illustrating purposes).
I'm also wondering if this is an easy job to do, and if it can be swapped by someone with limited experience with cars, or if I'm better of letting a mechanic handle it.

Any video of the disassembly or changing of the part would me appreciated

It would help if you identified your car. Not sure if that qualifies for the extended warranty covering rear subframe deterioration. If you registered as an owner with MB, then you should have gotten a letter from them.

Could it be #20?

I have a w204 c200cdi 2011 model, I'll have to check if the warranty covers this or not.
Does seem like it is part 20. Thanks for your help

Put your VIN into www.lastvin.com and pull up your datacard. By the FIN, you should see a number that looks like the VIN and will read something like WDD204###... The 204### number is what I need to look up the part number since they differ based on year and options. However, from what I can see, it looks like the part number may be A2043510842.

If you buy the part online, make sure you check that it fits using your VIN.

I always work on my own cars and not afraid to tackle big jobs, but that is something I would really consider having a shop do. I researched into replacing them and a specific puller/installer is needed. Involves lowering the subframe.

If lowering the subframe this would be a good time to replace anything else under there, axle housing bushings, control arms, sway bar etc.

Click this link for additional parts diagrams:

I forget what these instructions are for since the header is cut off the top, may be on lowering the rear axle carrier. It has the torque specs for the bolts. Also the threads for the large bolts through those bushings need to be recut before reinstalling the bolts, something about removing all of the old thread locker so new bolts can be properly torqued.

Probably need a tool like below. Ive seen posts where people make their own but many didnt turn out so well, ended up having to remove the bushings in pieces.

Looks like a pain-in-the-rear job (no pun intended).
