You have intermittent random "X-Mas Tree"... I associate that with marginal electricals.
As in check:
- Alternator output: voltage ?
- Bad system battery: charge, drain ?
- Main chassis GND: oxidized strap ?
You said no code, that is fairly strange as these cars come with hard codes from factory... at any rate a good scanner will let you read LIVE MODULE DATA.
Hope this help you sort things out.

my car always jerks every first 20 km/h only.. after I start the car there are warnings pop-ups that say "1. Release parking break & 2. Front right/left malfunction, Consult workshop" After that it ran smoothly but sometimes the check engine warning lit up but sometimes its went automatically
I've taken my car to the diagnostics, and the following codes have shown up with the following faults. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Ive changed the battery to a newer one but no change
ive noticed with an OBD 2 sensor ( the alternator voltage ) when i cold start the car and drvie off the voltage drops to 12.5 volts , i have a feeling it could be related to the voltage regulator ??
any advise please

Replacing expensive modules blindly will not fix that. One single $10 relay would serve as perfect fix. I would not rush to swap ESP, ECU nor SAM.
You'll need the related schematic pages to trace that circuit to ECU.
