difficulty locating part numbers

Hello. I have a 2009 c230 4matic and i have been unable to locate part numbers on any oem parts site ( both US/CA ) using the vin search# option . Every single site says error encountered when searching vehicle, and in the manual vehicle search there is no option for 2009 C230. Is there any other way of locating part numbers without having to contact mercedes directly? Thanks in advance

What part number are you trying to find?

You can get a copy of the Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) from eBay. Search Mercedes WIS/ASRA and EPC.

Try this: https://nemigaparts.com/cat_spares/e...fg/204085/62p/

Parts diagrams for the 204.085. Which I believe is the C230 4matic.

Heres a link for a list of all W204 models parts diagrams, just search for your specific model: https://nemigaparts.com/cat_spares/epc/mercedes/1/204/

Ok just a quick question, on the EPC i'm seeing parts with the same part number twice. One where it says "Not valid for 952 sports package" , and the other one says "Valid for 952 sports package" . Does that just mean the part is good for both 952 sports package or without sports package?

In my opinion its hard to tell. Example front coil springs, it will say it will fit your model but its doesn't mean they are the ones that came with the car originally. Or rear spring upper shims, when I was looking around for replacements for mine I kept coming up with 13mm shims, only to realize there were 9mm shims in there, so I went to the dealer with my vin and he confirmed my car originally came with 9mm shims.

What is the part?
