Try avoiding run-on sentences so we can understand what you are saying. I have enough mental challenges as it is.

If your front tires spin differently from the rears, the ESP will apply brakes to the spinning tire(s) until they match the rear or slowest turning tire. The ESP then assumes you are no longer losing traction and will allow you to accelerate smoothly.

How long have you owned the car?
Is this a new problem?

We don't even know the year and model you have. Please add your location, year, and model to your profile.

You step on the gas and the front tires will spin but the car does not move?

What do the rear wheels do?

Did this just all of a sudden happen?

Any warning lights on the dash?

Im thinking theres more to the story.

I have a 2010 c300 awd sport and I had the car sitting for about a year got my steering lock motor changed and then I was ready to drive but this problem happened and this was not a problem before the year down time the car had no issues this is new to me I just don’t know where to start looking to fix this it seems like a front end issue but it’s hard to pinpoint any help or ideas will be helpful

I would jack up the front end so both wheels are off the ground. Try and spin one of the tires, the other tire should spin in the opposite direction.

Do this for the rear also.

if the wheel does not spin at all remove the wheel and check the brake pads.

Cars been sitting for a year im thinking something is rusted, brake pads. Maybe the rear parking brakes are frozen?
