I recently replaced my driver's side cat with one from this company from Canada. It fit perfect however the mid pipe that comes with it did not fit. If you want MB factory part then this isn't fort you.

There is a left and right cats right off the exhaust manifold. Then there is a third cat at the rear of the exhaust.
