CANADA W204 2009 SUBFRAME
Front and rear are rusting and rotting I just heard its under warranty to be replaced by MB.
Is this true for canadian w204 models?

I have a Canadian spec here in US and I got the letter from MB USA extending warranty on subframe. Yours should be covered as well..
