i prefer the 3-spoke steering wheel as well.
the front of the w204 is growing on me, the pic of the white w203 avantgarde is really nice. the back is still...bleh. the rear bumper sticks out too much and the trunk looks shrunken.

Doesn't the rear look a bit like the old A4? I am also thinking that the front (with the star in the grill) looks a bit like a Dodge Charger

looks like M-B hired the designers that got fired from Infiniti after they made a mess out of the 2003 M45. The timing would have been right

wtf are all you guys talking about the new W204 looks nothing like those represenations. You guys need your eyes checked. The front end was taken from the new CL and S class design. The rear was a compromise between the new CL lights and the new E class design. The side was stolen from the new BMW - 3 series. The only hondaish/toyotish design the rear lights. (most cars have lights like that anyway) Besides that if you look at the luxury package grille from the front looks alot like the old W202s just modernized. (which i love).

I think this is a HUGE improvement from the girly and bland w203s.

Ok I'll give you that, but then the CL was then taken from the above (Audi, Charger, M45) cars because they were out first

It's funny that you guys mentioned the CL, I went to my dealer on Saturday and when I walked in the first car that I saw was the new CL, but when I first saw it I thought it was the new C class !! Only when I saw the side profile did I realize that it was the new CL. From what I can tell the headlights look exactly the same as the new C class. Then yesterday I saw the new CL on the road !! Nice car !!

So does anyone know what power/torque we looking at on the C300 and C350???? Are they the same from the W203 (assuming that the C300 is just a rebadged C280)

As far as we know, C300 will be 231hp/221tq and the C350 will have 272hp.

Rear is crap, headlights/ grill/ sides are alright. Gauge Cluster is nice, center console and steering wheel are crap, interior is more spacious. I'd rather have a w203, current clk, B6 S4, or a 335i coupe without question.
