Camshaft Carrier Oil Drain Pipe?

Hello MB forum.

I am seeking advice about my C250 estate (wagon)
W204 with the 1.8 turbo petrol engine.

Unfortunately the timing chain snapped. So removed the cylinder head and sent to an engine rebuilder for repair (new valves etc)

Putting the cylinder head back on with all correct tools is going ok.

I have one question I’m hoping someone can assist with.
Cam Shaft Carrier Oil Drain Valve Pipe ? (Part #a2710181030)
The engine rebuilder broke it and can’t remember where abouts in the cylinder head it came from and neither can I.

Is this part required and if so… where is it located in the head?

If someone could assist it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

It looks like it attaches to the bottom of the head, but I can’t find a better picture. Maybe someone with a WIS can provide a better diagram.

Yep, just can’t find any information on the exact location the pipe clips into.
wondered if someone might of replaced this pipe before because it’s brittle plastic.
