Wiring windshield wiper to a switch

Hi all, I need to wire a windshield wiper motor directly to a switch in the vehicle, can anyone please help me with a wiring diagram and instructions on how to do this? This is for a 2009 C300

I could be totally wrong but I dont think it is as easy as hooking it to power and ground and it runs, I think there is a power wire, a ground and then a signal wire that controls it.

Brown wire is ground
Red wire is 12v
Striped wire is communication

bypassing LIN CTL...

The wiper gear is controlled by F-SAM LIN... to bypass the control you need to open up the motor itself to supply power with a relay switch.

This has to be reliable enough that it does not quit when you least expect it while driving.

I am interested to know also. Is the stock switch broke off or something?
