Hi
This is my first post here, so bear with me for maybe not expressing correct words.

I just bought a 2011 C220 CDI. When i remove the cover for the rain/light sensor i can see that the sensor is missing(the mounting plate is there, but it's broken). I also have an error message saying that Auto Lights are Inoperative.
I bought a used sensor, and when i should mount it there is no cable. My guess is that the window was changed and the repair shop couldn't mount the sensor and dispatched the whole cable.

My question is; can someone please help me to find the correct cable? (i think the cable should be connected to the overhead unit console)

Many thanks

Have you opened the overhead console to see why the harness is missing, was it cut? Do you need just the connector, or entire harness?

Which sensor did you get? I have seen there are all different part numbers for the sensor, some have blue ports some have white.

I think the dealer will have to program the new sensor once its installed.

You dont give your vin so I just looked at a random C22 CDI parts diagram, it may not be the right connector though not knowing which sensor you have.

Thank for your reply
I was lucky that our local junkyard had a similar car that had the cable and a few other things I needed.
So, I managed to get the rain sensor working
