what you do when dealer refuses to fix a problem they created?
we took our 2005 c320 for scheduled transmission service.
car had no leaks prior to service(i checked it right before)
after they replaced the gasket and did the service it started leaking right away
we took it there but they tried to charge us to fix it were like wtf yall did this.
but they just refused to do anything about it. and continued claiming that it was there before and we have to pay to fix it. evne though they replaced the gasket.
but im asking in general how do you deal with dealership refusing to fix their own mistakes or if a car has an obvious design failure and not a wear and tear

Seriously? I had the EXACT same thing from a dealership on the same car (C300) about a year or so ago. Changed just because...massive smoke after I left. Took me a bad Google Review and a buddy who is a lawyer to call and get them to put in a new gasket.
After that - Gainesville FL Mercedes got into a fender bender with our brand new car and tried to hide it....obviously, they no longer touch any of our cars.

What is leaking? The transmission pan? Have you contacted MB USA?
You can ask the dealership politely to fix it again if you are SURE it is their fault and not a coincidence. If they refuse, let them know you will be happy to share your experience on Yelp, Google Reviews, and two of the largest Mercedes forums on the internet--MBWorld and BenzWorld. As long as you state facts, there's nothing they can do.
