What parts is this?

I need help please! I need help identifying this part circle in green. Currently it’s leaking a lot of oil when the car is on and it’s idling very rough. The hose on the second picture is connected to the throttle body.

Thats your oil separator cover. Under the cover is the oil drip pan that should probably be replaced while your at it.

I'll look for the instructions.

If replacing the oil drip pan, Part 3 in the diagram below, the bolt is reverse thread. So clockwise to remove, counter clockwise to install.

SAVINGS DO ADD UP... unfortunately

In case another seal is going to begin leaking oil afterwards... you may want to assess high blowby condition from jammed piston rings.

In case you use extended drain interval on thin gas-saving lubricant: then that is normal fare.

Use a better oil replaced at 5KMi may help or hurt just as well at this point.

Does this affect the idle as well?

need the VENT PIPE

PCV components.... No1: hose

In addition to the #2:Cover + seal, replace the hard plastic #1: Pipe that gets obstructed by sludge deposits.

Does this whole thing cause rough idle? When the leaks happened, the car started to have rough idle as well.

Rough idle, over time i'm sure it can. You dont want oil getting in the intake manifold and gumming things up. Replace the drip pan and cover, clean any oil in the hose, elbow, throttle body. You dont mention a check engine light so may just need a tune-up.

Once in awhile I feel my car idles a little rough when at stop lights, nothing major just doesnt feel as smooth. I'll throw a bottle of Techron in the gas tank next fill up and shortly after it seems to go back to normal.

How is your oil level? When you fill it do you fill it to the middle of the Min-Max lines, there should be a dot on the dipstick right in the middle.

the answer is yes, definitely!

The PCV fumes directly bypass the throttle plate into intake plenum.

I pointed that hard plastic pipe No1 because it's known to plug-up with calcium sludge and to crack when disturbed during service.

PCV system can not handle high engine blow-by pressure. Better oiling may help/hurt... the use of 15w40 SP lubricant is non-standard procedure.
