2009 C350 Battery Drain

My 2009 C350 has a slow battery drain, around 200mA on sleeping mode. Tried voltage drop method and no fuse shows any voltage drop, all go to ZERO that is.
Any idea would be greatly appreciated, at this point! Also, anywhere that I can find wiring diagram, to at least check what amperage goes to what fuse box.
Speaking about fuse box, my inside cabin one has only two (2) fuses 116 and 130. pretty sure 116 is driver seat module, but no idea of 130 and there's voltage there.

TY!

Have you scanned the vehicve with a Mercedes specific obd scanner? It may tell you the fault.

Heres a link to the fuse box diagrams: https://fuse-box.info/mercedes-benz/...uses-and-relay. Says 130 is "Spare".

I did scanned and have a front left lamp error, sort of actuator not programmed. I think is lingering after disconnectinf/charging the battery .
Attached fusebox pic.
