M157 in a c300
It also has the ignition switch and key (as I'm aware I would need for this to work) the c300 and the cls63 (doner car) have the same transmission so I was wondering if the manual transmission that comes in the c300 would be able to hold power up to 750hp because I would prefer it be a manual swap as well, I understand it is direct bolt on to the transmission, motor mounts, and ecu and all the other electronics (ignition switch, ESL simulator, etc) Mercedes still uses the same ones in base models so it's the same part so they will also be plug and play, however, one issue I ran into was that the cls63 from 2012 has a whole touch screen module to change from sport, track, comfort all that good stuff and the 2008 c300 uses a 2 function switch that only allows comfort and sport, so would I need the entire Guage cluster and head unit out of the AMG too? And is this all going to be as plug and play as I think?
