Help me fix this please !
CODES : P0507 P2279
-LOUD SQUEALING SOUND AFTER WARM UP
-NOISE WILL GO AWAY WHEN OIL CAP REMOVED (feels like high suction at oil cap)
Should I replace the centrifugal cover behind the engine passenger side ? Easy job
or should I remove entire intake manifold and replace ventilation pcv valve ? Hard job

It does sound like it's the failed PCV that needs replacement. This is a standard failure of plastics under extreme heat.

P2279 Intake Air System Leak?
I'd start with looking for vaccum leakes given the P2279 and a smoke test would assit with that. There's a chance you have 2 seperate issues happening at the same time - Too much blow by caused by PCV not functioning and then a vaccum leak as well. Does the fuel trim data show anything that looks like a lean mixture? I'd try and reoving as many variables as possible first - clean the MAF sensor as a priority. Check your O2 sensors to sse what voltage they are throwing out and then maybe the EGR after that.
Noting the P0507 - have you noticed anything with the idle speed?
Replacing the centrifigal valve on the back of the head should be a maintenace item anyway, and is reasonably inexpensive. If you need to then replace anything further on that system, you'll want to change the centrifigal valve anyway.
