O2 sensor and exhaust leak

O2 sensor and exhaust leak
Hello everyone!
I was trying to fix a P0428 (catalyst sensor high input sensor 1) so i decided to change the upstream o2 sensor. After reset CEL is back on. I used a bit of soapy water to check for leaks (maybe o2 not fully seated?) and i see the pneumatic auctuator arm has a leak… could the problems be related? How do i fix the leak there and P0428? Ill attach a video i made so you guys can see it.

I don’t recognize that engine from looking at the video. What is your model, year, and engine code? If that’s a diesel, I’ll have to let someone else handle it. P0428 can be triggered by fuel/air mixture problems or incomplete combustion.

I know nothing about those engines. Not sure if the O2 sensor is the same as a temp sensor?

Hello guys! This is a w204, 2012 with the OM651, burns diesel. I just saw the thread… i have no clue what a temperature sensor is. Also in my case there is no P0438.(could be because its a bank 2 trouble code, and my car is a Inline4, thus only 1 bank). Any ideas about the exhaust leak in the video? Is there a way i could change that? Probably should be a gasket. Is that arm a simple pull and out or no? That is the stock turbo on the OM651 in the video.
