Phone sound weak compared with music volume

Phone sound weak compared with music volume
Hi All.
I have a C220 2014 T modell. with Audio 20 standard (Not HK). it have BT in car phone system (microphone and car speakers).
I wondering why the phone speaker volume is quite low, (even turned on maximun) compared with the volume from music, radio, CD etc.
I can't find anything that and why limits the Max. volume for Phone usage in Audio 20.
I hope other have experienced that issue. and how to fix it.

make sure your volume for bluetooth is set to loud. the volume for the phone, speaker, and bluetooth are separate.

In my car(s) the music (YouTube Music) -
plays at a good volume. The directions from the GPS are very much softer. Has been this way for years, multiple phones and cars...I think it is a short coming of the phone interface.

Aha. i will try that.
Do you mean "your volume for bluetooth is set to loud". Are this setting inside the setup menu in Audio20 radio? Or on the phone itself?

Another thing is to try is there might be a standard vs boost modle in the vehicle settings, I mean I have it in a W205 not sure about W204, image from internet. https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/i...foSA9vouaDzQ&s

Another setting is automatic volume adjustment, that might also lower your volume depending on the song.
