C300, E350
Reset B service
I can't reset B7 service on 2014 C300. I can get to Assyst Plus and press OK and it returns to service past due by 50 days. Any ideas on this ? Thanks

There are two ASSYST PLUS menus I think you knew that already but just be sure, you can only reset the interval through the workshop one.

If you are having trouble getting into the workshop menu. Make sure doors are closed, hood is closed, trunk is closed, key in position one, if keyless go then press once with foot off the brakes. Make sure the screen shown is trip with the odometer.

Sorry that I missed your post, please see the youtube video for the set of keys to press to get in the menu.

Do you have a Mercedes-specific scan tool? I just reset a B3 notice in my 2014 C350 using my LAUNCH Creader Elite BENZ (ver. 1.0).

Every Mercedes owner should have a Mercedes scan tool they can keep in the car for just such occasions.

Easy peasy. I think it was in Special Functions on the ECU menu that let me Reset the service notice.

Hopefully the normal way OP is still able to get it reset, if not then the Launch for sure, agree with having this very portable little machine in the vehicle is a good idea. Thanks for chiming in : ) as always : )
