Service Reset Error???
Hi All. Just had oil and trans fluid services done and went to reset service interval on cluster. Done it before all good. Now when I start the car I get a message saying service A 30000km past due. I have tried to reconfirm service done to reset again but it will not allow me to confirm to reset and eliminate this warning error. Anyone seen or have any idea how to remedy ? Thanks

The reset interval is "built in" to the code. Why a reset fails, I don't know. However, with the propoer scan tool I think you can force the reset. You just can't do it from the IC menu.
You may need XENTRY for this one. LAUNCH just walks you through how to do it on the IC. I'm sure @BenzNinja could help out.

My G550 did this odd behavior last DIY oil change/reset on its 5th service (I do 5K or 12 month intervals, whichever comes first). When I page into the instrument panel's "Workshop" menu, it tells me the next service due is "B" (no number) in 141 days (should be 135) and 23500 miles (??? - should be 8426 based on 10K intervals). I pay no attention to this interval computer -- as long as it's not flashing me warnings, it doesn't matter.
And MB thinks I'm gonna hit the "Drive Pilot" button and take a snooze.
