C class w204 2007 problem

I would see what fault codes are showing, obviously.
Symptoms may be related to an issue with the throttle body. But im purely speculating.

Even if the car starts and drives fine, it’s likely operating in a degraded mode when these errors are present. I'd double-check the battery health under load and also inspect the ground points around the engine bay and under the interior trim. I’ve seen issues like this where a bad ground near the fuse box or under the driver’s kick panel caused cascading communication faults across unrelated systems.
This is definitely the kind of thing where a full system scan is critical. I’ve personally had great success using the YOUCANIC full system scanner. It reads and clears codes from every module — even those that don’t show up with generic tools — and helps identify patterns when CAN communication breaks down. It's a must-have when chasing electrical gremlins like this.
