Car shakes in neutral
Hi guys, this morning a check engine light appeared on my dash, the car shakes in neutral, what could the cause of this be? I have an appointment at the mechanic in 3 days.

No way to tell the cause without knowing the code and the cars info.
If it's shaking it could be a engine miss and that can foul out there catalyst converter which is expensive. So basically safe to drive butt might cost you more money in the long run.

Yeah i figured, could it be caused by the spark plugs missfire?

Get yourself a proper Mercedes-specific scanner before you start throwing parts at the car.

Car shaking and the check engine light is on? I would not drive the car.
Save yourself some money by buying the Launch scanner mentioned above. No need to replace things that may not be the issue.

So after the diagnosis the problem was with the car's battery and the spark plug's. After changing both the car runs smoothly now.
