What does this mean? Please help!

Good call not driving the car with those codes present. I would assume the check engine light would be on, maybe even flashing?
What is the history with the car, have you done ANYTHING to it recently, even switching gas stations on fill up?
I looked up those codes and theres not much direction other than to check self-adaptation of mixture formation. Im not sure what that means or how to do it.
I would first perform a visual inspection of the the complete intake system. Remove the air filter box, check the seals, check the MAF, maybe even remove it and check the seal under it. I removed everything just to give things a good cleaning and its pretty easy to do. I've read that a leak can cause the car to add more fuel to compensate and then the O2 sensors read it rich. I could be wrong.
My thinking its on both cyl banks so check everything before the throttle body. I wont post all the codes, just the two i focused on and what i would check first.

I was looking thru the manual and came across alot of info on the MAF and self-adaptations. Too much to look thru right now.
Heres a link to part of the manual I was looking thru. While on the page click on the green headers to move to different sections. https://charm.li/Mercedes%20Benz/201...e%20Bulletins/

I found something related to the running rich codes. there are a few things to check. When I first saw the codes I was expecting to see something related to the intake manifold, one of the last figures below shows a hose disconnected from the manifold. May want to check all the vacuum lines around the intake manifold. Also inspect the crankcase breather hose that goes from the breather cover to the throttle body.
When reinstalling the air filter box I like to apply a silicone lube around the seal and on all the nubs that the box clips to. Any silicone grease, nothing petroleum based. Dont forget to attach the secondary air pump hose back.
