W204 rear brake claiper bracket bolts
Are the rear brake caliper bracket bolts one-time usage? if so, is this because they are a stretch bolt, or because they come with thread locker on them?

They are not stretch bolts. They come with thread locker preinstalled so im guessing this is why they want you to replace them.
I still have the same bolts and have removed the caliper brackets numerous times. I cross threaded one of the bolts and had to rethread the wheel carrier once so I dont use any thread locker with the bolts anymore.
Do whatever you are comfortable with. Be sure to torque them down at least. For the 204.081 its 115nm.
