Has anyone used the Launch Creader Elite V2 or V3 to program used ebay W204 ESP unit?
I picked up the new Launch Creader Elite V3.0 on amazon for $189 and it seems really good with a decent amount of features. I am having intermittent ESP, ABS, Power steering malfunction messages and lights on cold stats which are gone in the afternoon when starting the car. I was thinking about buying a used ESP module on ebay but read that it needs to be reprogrammed to match the VIN on my 2010 c300 4matic sport. Has anyone tried this before? The Launch scanner has the coding capabilities but before attemptng this I wanted to see if anyone has tried this and had success? Thanks
