Anyone Intend on Leasing?
I've never leased a car, I've never owned a car before my w204.
Seeing the w205 makes me want to sell my w204 and put the cash toward a down payment and first few months of a w205 lease.
Anyone have any idea what a lease may cost in the US for this car?

We intend on leasing... Never put a down payment on a lease... There is a very good thread in the newest S class section of this forum on leasing pros and cons

I'll probably lease when it first comes out. Hopefully, they will have 24 or 27 months deal. I want to lease because:
1) I never buy a first model year vehicle. Especially, after a totally new redesign and new engine.
2) Want to see if the C size will fit my needs. If not, I'll toss it back in 2 years and get something else.
3) Check the quality of a Mercedes out :-)

I just picked up a C220 last week and we have leased it. This is purely a business decision as here in France all of the lease payments can be written off. This is the third car we've leased and second MB.
Putting money down up front defeats the purpose of leasing in my book for the reason above plus should you total your car you don't get that money back. You should ask your accountant what is best for your situation. Just my €.02
