I just hit quote....and inside the "quote" , I just delete all the Image html link(s), and keep only the text. Hope that makes sense brother.
When I reply to only part of a long comment, I also delete all of the text, except that part to which I am replying. This not only keeps everything shorter, readers can more easily figure out what I am talking about. I replace the deleted text with ..., so readers can see that I deleted text.
Also, my Signature takes up a lot of space. So when I make multiple comments on a thread (such as when I am engaged in a back-and-forth exchange), I see no need to repeat my Signature. I go to Additional Options and uncheck the item Show your signature.
Went to the dealer to look at a '15 GLA45 yesterday and fell in love with this '16 C300 sport in cardinal red with black MB tex, lighting package, pano, night package, multispokes, multimedia, heated steering wheel, illuminated star, and rear spoiler.
Ended up leaving my '13 GLK350 and bringing the C300 home, I think it's the perfect replacement and matches my E63S too I'll have some more pics once I get it tinted and maybe carry the night package theme on to some more of the chrome…
Any tuning options for this engine? I know with the E63S it picked up a bunch of power/torque with just a tune, wondering if there's anything to gain here too.
Congratulations. I got to see the Cardinal Red on a C Class yesterday and it's a beautiful color. I'm not sure I could justify the $1080 cost for that color, but beautiful none-the-less.
Congratulations Jester. I would have jumped on a CPO C400 if it was well optioned too! People do tend to get a bit defensive about the differences in the C450 and C400. Just enjoy your car and smile at the savings you got!

I sure learned my lesson about c450 arrogance. Yes the CPO c400 deal was too good to pass up.
Yes it is palladium silver which was a $720 option.
Congrats, beautiful C400 excellent choice if the C400 was still available for 2016 I'd have gotten one instead of the C300 - wife wanted 4matic but nothing to do with the AMG "lite" models and I couldn't talk her into a GLA45 (she's smarter than me I think lol)
The sport model thing is funny to me, sport model owner arrogance to standard (C300/C400) model owners then the AMG owners reactions when the sport model owners think they have a real AMG lol the whole thing is quite comical.

That Cardinal Red 2015 E63S AMG you have is a thing of beauty. I think the c450 owners are kind of like guys with big jacked up trucks. compensating for something!
When my wife will allow me to spend more on cars I will take the AMG plunge, but until then. She is thrilled with her C400 which was the perfect blend of luxury & sport. She also hated the interior of the C450.

In eastern Massachusetts, you don't get to be the lead driver by having the fastest car. Only the SLOW drivers always see open road in front of them. They drive on roads free of traffic! They probably don't even realize that there is actually a lot of traffic. It's all behind them! All that the drivers of sport cars get to see is the exhaust pipe of the Toyota Corolla in front of them.
I've seen a Ferrari parked at our village hardware store. That's all even a Ferrari is good for in this area. Same for the classic Mercedes 560sel ragtop that I followed to our village grocery store this afternoon. He was driving no more than 25 mph in a 35 mph zone. So much for corner carving!
Lowered the C300 today with H&R springs. Next, I'll add some spacers. The 19" multispokes are too damn nice to change! Why mess with them??
Also, Euroteck will soon debut a front CF lip amongst other things for the sport model. I have that lip incoming. Be on the lookout for a sweet introductory group buy

Hey everyone, just picked up my 2016 C300. I'm coming from a 2011 BMW 335i coupe that was tuned, so the smaller engine in the C300 is taking a little getting used to! The interior, technology, and styling is miles above the 335 I had, and I'm sure once performance modifications start becoming available for the W205 the options will be endless as to what performance can be achieved from the cars.
My car has the amg sport package, the premium 2 package, the multimedia package, pano roof, and rear spoiler.
