Keyless Go

Technically - at dealer level is can't be added post-production -
In the '80's and '90's it was felt that it was most efficient to have the same wiring harness for all vehicles in the same series - then what got added/plugged in production -
or later at dealer/aftermarket was a question of adding specific parts.
For even greater cost/production efficiencies for most volume vehicles nowadays -
harness for most vehicles by-and-large loomed/cut for the specific production features for the intended production vehicle.
"Adding Keyless Go" post-production at dealer level is prohibitively expensive - not only are the required "parts" prohibitively expensive - and for keyless go does not have a factory retro fit wiring harness -heck - dealer service dept cannot devote the man-hours - really.
