I pulled the trigger.
I know I should have waited till next year as MB releases more options on the car but alas I couldn't.
So... I have placed my order and pre sold my coupe.

Congratulations! Christmas will be here before you know it. Is it RWD in Australia now for ordering? In states, we're waiting for 'first quarter '15", and no month given that I know of to order. They announced the C63 here delivers March.
Had you seen...err....smelled (?) a car with the airbalance? I hadn't put that on my list yet. Wondered if you had tested it out, the scent holds less appeal to me than if the extra filtration and ionization made any difference.

Congratulations! The W205 is a really well designed car, and deserves all the critical acclaim it's gotten so far.
I have mine about a week now, and it gets better each time I drive it. You'll love it ... it just does everything well.

Yes it's RWD. No 4matic announced yet (but I bet it will be a c350) I have seen the Airbalance but haven't smelled it. I intend on putting my own fragrance in anyways. I bought it for the filtration and ionization. Hopefully it works. Ima head down to the dealers today. It could be a January delivery, not confirmed just yet.
Coming out of a c204 coupe you do notice the difference in the new model. The interior is stunning. In white however, I had to get the amg line as the avantegarde (or any other line) reminded me of a wedding car. Particularly with the chrome strip down the side.

I optioned for exact same except in Obsidian Black, it's an awesome ride you will love it.
Luckily I managed to find the spec in a demo , which I took delivery last week instead of waiting after the new year.

Howdy, I'm in Brizzy .. ordered a 250 bluetec with Vision, Command, Seat Comfort, and exclusive pack three weeks ago. Initially I went for silver but changed my mind to Tenorite Grey - didn't like the harsh contrast between the black panoramic roof and the light paint work. I also opted for the open grain timber trim since I didn't fancy that ultra glossy finish with our harsh sun.
Delivery is apparently mid January. It'll be my first Daimler .. So the anticipation is definitely building! Let us know how the Oz versions are working out. I think MB Australia made some nice choices in how they are optioning this car for the down-under market.

I got a demo model with air balance, it's a nice touch but not something I'd opt for.
Didnt notice any difference with the air ionization. The air balance can be refilled with any perfume of your choice.

BTW I have ionization on my home aircon and although you can't feel it, I think it helps "freshen" the air.

Hi jkyriakou I ordered a white with red interior c250 last week with command amg and vision packages dealer told me build will be completed 11 december and delivery to me around Jan 30 or first few days of Feb will be interesting to se how close it is to that date

My rep I think did it under the table or something but nevertheless I had a demo merc prior to my car coming.
