Sport Styling (integrated Star) vs Luxury Pkg vs Sport Pkg
On mbusa.com for C configurator, it defaults to Sport styling with MB "Star" integrated in the grille, I like that option better than legacy "Star" of Luxury Pkg. Do I have to get Sport Pkg for integrated Star or is it default body styling for c300 4Matic base?
Almost 3-4 months ago I saw a youtube video of auto review site somewhere in Europe did a review on new C and the reviewer girl said the front seats were terrible for long drives with standard pkg unless you get AMG, I don't know what is she referring to but I wonder if Sport pkg has better seats and if anyone has any experience with this. I will look for the YouTube video link and post it when I find it.

The sport grill is the base grill, but with that you get the luxury front bumper. If you opt for the sport package, then you get that same grill, but you get the larger lower intakes. The front and rear bumpers change, and also the side skirts i think.
You only get the traditional grill if you option for the luxury package for $600 something

Can anyone chime in?
Besides the side bolsters, are there any difference between the sport and regular seats? Does the drive side have thigh extensions on the regular seats?

Yes I know it's the Sports pkg (Opt for C300, Std for C400 here), but what we were both wondering was about the Sport Seats that came with the sports pkg vs. the Regular Seats.

Deeply contoured sport front seats, brushed-metal pedals with rubber studs, and a thick, flat-bottom sport steering wheel clearly convey the serious driving attitude of the C-Class Sport Package. The upper dash is also impeccably topstitched in MB-Tex. A black headliner and AMG floor mats bring the package to completion.
Sport Package
AMG body styling
18-inch AMG 5-spoke wheels
Sport-tuned suspension
Perforated front brakes with painted calipers
Sport interior
Sport steering wheel
Topstitched MB-Tex upper dash trim
Brushed aluminum pedals
Open-Pore Black Ash wood trim
Available options
19-inch AMG multispoke wheels
Aluminum/Gloss Black trim
Linden wood trim

Like mikemc12 said Sport pkg is standard on C400 and it is a $2175 option for C300 so trying to figure out if Sport pkg on C300 if added would offer better (or different) seats than normal C300 seats.

What I want to know (and I think what you want to know as well) is if the bolsters are the only difference (ie. what about length, width, height etc...), and also if the std seats have thigh extensions on the driver's side.

It is different for sure, the side bolsters for example.

So are the seats in the Sport package not perforated? They don't appear to be in these comparison photos. If that's true, that is a really big negative about the Sport package for me.

If the build configurator is accurate, then:
Standard C class: Perforated MB-tex
Sport Package without interior package: Non perforated MB-tex
Sport Package with interior package (leather) which includes ventilated seats: Perforated leather

I don't think the leather is perforated at all, unless you get ventilated seats (was that even an option on the W204?). It's now standard w/ leather on the W205. So opting for leather seats will automatically get you perforations (I assume).

I tested a Sport package C300 with MB Tex recently and the MB Tex was definitely perforated. Odd that MBUSA still seems to show the Sport MB Tex is not perforated.
