Personal POIs and SD Card media
Question for the techhy experts...
Is it possible to store BOTH media files and personal POIs onto an SD Card?
Looking through the manuals, it says that personal POIs have to be stored on the SD Card, but I also like to keep music files on an SD card. What is not clear, is if both the folders can co-exist on the same card and whether both can be read (ie, if music files can be played, while the Nav uses the POI info).
Be good to know, before the car arrives (just curiously idling the time away, waiting)....

Well, there is not a lot of space left on the Garmin SD card. It is a 16GB card formatted in exFAT.
You could try to see if moving the files to a larger card works. But since the Garmin nav is already struggling with regards to speed, I do not think adding music files to it will help.
My suggestion is to get a micro usb stick, one that hardly sticks out of the socket. You can get those these days in capacities up to 64GB. You have two USB sockets next to the SD card slot.
