360 degree camera UK
Anyone managed to get an order confirmed together with a delivery date which includes the 360 degree camera yet? My order had a delivery date of March 2nd (which feels like an age away already) but have just been told today it's moved back to the end of March 
My concern is that it will just continue to slip further back. Not really sure it's worth the wait just for the 360 camera although I really fancied it...Not getting a warm feeling about this one...!!
Appreciate any info you can share..

Can't really comment on the 360 camera I'm afraid although I can comment on my own experience with MB delivery dates!!!
Mine is a company car and was ordered beginning of August. Bog standard Sport spec, no options apart from metallic paint.
Delivery is currently January, although this may slip further due to the steering rack issue which appears to be stopping cars leaving the factory until they're checked and rectified. The cars on the road are taking priority in terms of replacement steering racks which isn't helping, but understandable.
Delivery was originally November, but when production was moved to S Africa, it added 5 weeks for shipping. Ouch!

I ordered mine with the 360 camera and the airmatic back in june!!!

Yesterday I was told by a Merc salesman that higher spec C Class cars destined for the UK were to be made in Germany rather than South Africa and that this is the reason for the delay to cars ordered with Airmatic. This seems a bit odd to me so I wondered if anyone else had been told the same?

Got a phone today from salesman saying that option won't be available in builds for January and February as they have that info. They asked if want to cancel the option but I would keep it and force myself to wait a few months further. I know it is frustrating, so simple and not so expensive option delays car so much.
BTW mine is confirmed to be built in SA, I think they moved all production from Germany to SA.

In the US I don't even know if we get the 360 camera, or if its just a part of the parktronic which I did order. Ill let you guys know when the car arrives. In the US there is no particular option for it like there is for the HUD.

Would be good to know what you get..
On the delivery had Mercedes call me today... was told it still all seems a little vauge as to what is happening at the moment... all I do know is that they can't confirm the build slot yet...which suggests they don't have a solution in place to fix what ever the problem was.

Are you talking about the 360 camera or the airmatic ? I could drop the 360 camera but I wouldnt want the car without the airmatic suspension.

Are you talking about the 360 camera or the airmatic ? I could drop the 360 camera but I wouldnt want the car without the airmatic suspension.

Airmatic cars are already being delivered in SA from our plant & 360 camera is available for order. I will see if there is a delay on 360 camera. There is certainly no delay on Airmatic.

But can you confirm that the airmatic is now available for cars that are destined to be delivered in UK?
If this is true then Im willing to remove the 360 camera from my order and get the car sooner.

Yes. RHD cars are being delivered with Airmatic in SA. Months now & already roadtested. 360 Camera is available for order but I don't know if there is a backlog.

I don't. All Airmatic cars delivered here are 4 cylinder gasoline models & diesels. We have a delay on 6 cylinder models.

Ordered my C200 [petrol] Sport Premium Plus beginning of April eventually delivered Mid August order included 360 but MB deleted that option, have airmatic. Had recall for steering coupling, no problem found. Getting 41mpg after run in period on A and rural roads using mainly comfort mode.

Just visited a different Mercedes dealer. They confirmed UK C Class cars with the Premium packages are still being made in Germany unlike lower spec cars which come from South Africa. Also learnt that Airmatic cars will start being delivered in December and cars ordered today with Airmatic should be delivered in March. Unfortunately I forgot to ask about delivery for the 360 degree camera option.
