If it's at all similar to the W204, check the manufacturer's label on the driver door jamb which shows the build month/year. There should be a three digit code preceded by the letter "C". That should correspond to your paint color.

I would check the doorjam. The US might be using different paint codes for units built there. South Africa uses some different paint codes. e.g. My C Class & CLK are both Iridium Silver. C Class South African build & CLK German built. Paint codes are different.
