w205 Command / Audio 20 issue

w205 Command / Audio 20 issue

Hello,

First time for me posting here. I recently bought the thew C Class 220 with AMG line. Everything was good until last week.
All command / audio 20 system is not running at all. The screen only displays "bootloader active".
I've checked fuses, tried several options:
restart the system several times (pushing on/off button for 20 seconds...),
disconnect the battery for 5 minute,
look at the hidden menu

But no effects, the screen only says "bootloader active".
==>no radio, no phone, no nav, no air conditionner control, no time setting.........

Dealer has no solution except doing a full diag, but I do not have time wasting half a day at the dealer's garage.

any suggestion ?

Did you try pressing/holding the CD Eject button for 10 seconds?

Yes, but no effects, I've tried it in each key positions...

Not a solution, really, but don't spend half a day at the dealer... arrange for a loaner and leave him there with the car

Comand OR Audio 20?

Do you have Comand (note one M) OR Audio 20? Audio 20 has 7" screen and nav (if any) from a Garmin SD chip. Comand has an 8.4" screen. Sorry I can't be helpful, but I (and others) would still like to know if your problem might someday apply to me (us).

In addition, question is if we can flash audio 20 firmwares using software version on usb stick. I heard for certain brands this can be achieved by end user.
