Best least deal C300

Hi all,
Looking at leasing car for mother in law.
What's best lease price you are hearing for 3 years 10k per year, zero drive off(except std fees and 1st month)?
Look at stripped model $42k msrp.
Also, what is current acquisition cost as I thought usually it's $795, or has that gone up?
Lastly, isn't that usually rolled into monthly pymts?
PL

"Best least deal C300"

Isn't that an oxymoron?

I tried to edit my title to correct typo, but wasn't able to, lol...so I guess I will have to live with my mistake.

Here's the deal...trying to work on $299 per month zero down deal - anyone hearing it possible?

Without the dealer contribution, the current deal for a $44,0125 C300 is $419 a month for a 3 year lease, with $4713 due at signing.

Discounts will bring that down some, but the deal you're looking for sounds overly optimistic to me.
