Hmm, if it is playing around in the coding of the vehicle's system, then I wonder what nasty little 'side effects' are introduced....?

I have seen these little "hacks" first hand, in one case this resulted in bricking a instrument cluster while trying to update the software. Remember, do this at your own risk.

I bought a cable from this guy for NTG4 (X166 GL) and it works very well. Absolutely no complaints or ill effects. No first hand experience for NTG5 but the memory of Eco is certainly interesting.

I've found a good video that shows you how to take the centre console out if you go down this route. Looks fairly easy to be honest.

On a side note, has anyone this VIM module for the W205?

"Bump"

Just wondering if anyone has Video In Motion up and running? If so, what did you end up using?
