Actually for me this is the best voice command system I've used...I'll consider myself lucky that I haven't had any problems.

I you're familiar with another car makers system, there are a few things to learn. That would be the case switching to any other car maker. I find the W205 voice command system very accurate and useful.

Do they give you a cheat sheet or flow chart of what it allows you to use voice features for?

The car does actually display your voice command options on the big display. Really, this is one of the easiest voice recognition systems I've used.

Ok, nice to know. Is there any printed help guide? Or it's like my iPhone...you speak and hope for the best, and if get "I don't know what that means", you're at a wall.

On page 39 of the COMAND manual, there's a discussion on individualizing the voice control system. You might want to check that out if you haven't already. It takes about 5 minutes to run through it and VR is improved quite a bit after individualizing, IMHO.

Can you speak addresses all at once. On my 204s I have to go step by step "say street name", "say city name" etc
