Hi Everyone MB owners,
I read a lot good stuff about his Marc Rose, is he reliable? I seem to have problem connecting to him. Not too responsive.
Perhaps anyone know any other good & reliable sources / dealerships so I can contact them for quote comparison?
Any information / tips will be helpful & greatly appreciated.

How have you tried to reach him? Caking is really the only way to reach him. Email doesn't work nor text. Just try calling early am pacific time or late afternoon maybe. It'll work out. It's totally legit. My warranty showed up on the mercedes owner site about 25 days later.
That's one way to get his attention!

i had difficulties connecting with Marc Rose...wound up dealing with Jeff Jackson of Tafel MB in KY. Left him a VM message and he called me back within 15 minutes. Whole transaction took 5 minutes...Jeff was a pleasure to deal with on a 7 yr/100k ELW...and he is a new C450 AMG owner as well!

I was just quoted (not from Mark) The 3 yr/100,000 lists for $3,500, but I can sell it for $3,000. The 2 yr/100,000 lists for $2,750, but I can sell it for $2,250 - no sales tax or 15% surcharge and I just bought my car used not from a MB dealer (16 c300)

Where did you get this quote from? I have hard time reaching Mark =( I purchased my car on March 30th, do you know if they will charge me more for purchasing ELW after 30 days? Thank you!

Jeff Jackson provided the lowest price and best customer service. He was extremely efficient, very courteous, professional and polite. He gave me a quote very quickly over the phone. He was able to beat the quote my local dealership gave by 2,000 dollars and he beat Mark Rose's quote by 900 dollars. He was also very nice to let me know that MBUSA was considering to remove the 15% surcharge fee for ELWs and told me to wait a few days so he could be sure by getting confirmation from MBUSA first. Sure enough Jeff called me back a few days later confirming that MBUSA decided to waive the 15% surcharge fee for ELW's. No other finance rep mentioned this to me because either they were not aware of it or did not want me to know. Save yourself the time, money and hassle and go with Jeff Jackson.

I guess it depends on what kind of car.
my 2016 c450 AMG is 2000$ for 7 years / 75000 miles at the Mercedes dealer when I bought the car.

Just got off the phone with Jeff Jackson. Great guy. Gave a great deal on an ELW. Oh...and he was super quick. I would recommend him for those looking for the extended warranty. But don’t wait too long. Mercedes is tacking on some fee or other. So do it by the end of June. Call him at: 502-894-6829

Sounds like there is a MB fee and a state tax coming. Warranty has pro-rate if you sell. Give Jeff a call and he can walk you through it. Good Luck!
