NOS Racing Formula Octane Booster
In Egypt we do have RON95 and RON92 bot 95 is not widely available.
Is NOS Racing Formula Octane Booster safe to use in my Mercedes C180 W205 to raise up RON92 to RON95, as it increases octane effect up to 3.1 octane numbers.

I wonder on what volume of fuel does it increase the octane number by 3.1. The directions say you must add it to a minimum of 16 gallons however it does not say this is the amount used to give the 3.1 number.
I suspect that that number is based on 1 gallon so the effect on the 16 gallons would be 1/16th of that 3.1 number or close to 0.2 per gallon per bottle, so your 95 would become 95.2
As far as is it safe? I would say yes but probably a waste of money.
If anybody has any other info to support the numbers they claim I would like to see them.
