I hear that, purchased this car for my wife, simplicity is needed, was told CarPlay was a coming feature.

Not impressed with how Mercedes has handled a few other issues as well, I'll certainly be looking elsewhere for my next purchase.

I wouldn't personally bank on any car maker saying what 'may' come. And apple play from what I read won't be a make or break option. If it's like the latest iOS updates, I'd predict it to buggy for a few years.

I can confirm that the intelligent drive features are in my 2016 c450. So im hopefull that Carplay is next up
