Keyless-Go Parking question

This sounds a little strange, but my parking at work requires you to leave your keys in the car.

I'm wondering how that would work with the C-Class with Keyless-Go. Would the battery quickly deplete, or would the car keep beeping as the cars were left inside?

Any tips on making this scenario work would be helpful!

Remove the push to start button and then leave the key in the car. It now works like a manual key.
