Switching Run flats
their decision?
-carry space saver tire I have from another car
-carry a can of Tire Fix
-call Mercedes Roadside assistance
-join CAA
-call a tow truck
I'm not really concerned as I've never had a flat and 99% of my driving is in the city over bumpy roads close to service centers. Thanks for your question.

The price for A 205 400 0100 is around 200 Euros, or $215. $500 is quite a mark-up, even for the UK! Both this and the A2074000102 part that rustycruiser lists are for the wheel only ("rad" = wheel).
The UK accessories brochure for the C Class has a toolkit for use when changing wheels - part B6 685 0788. The German site's price list has that at around 50 Euros, or around $55.
