Options for spare:
-carry space saver tire I have from another car
-carry a can of Tire Fix
-call Mercedes Roadside assistance
-join CAA
-call a tow truck
I'm not really concerned as I've never had a flat and 99% of my driving is in the city over bumpy roads close to service centers. Thanks for your question.
I put winter tires on and bought a jack for the car. I plan to fix a flat if it happens or call CAA or MB. Summertime I will install the Run Flats and see how they are. I suspect that after my first flat/failure with the run flats I will dump them and find a space saver spare like I have in my R Class.
If you want a new one from Mercedes, the spare that fits the w205 was also deployed with the 2010-2015 E Class Coupe or Cabriolet (C207 or A207). The part number for the E Coupe is A2074000102 (Google that, or A 207 400 01 02. Price is around $108). Not sure if this the wheel only, or wheel and tire, but is a good place to start with your parts guy.
It does steal most of the trunk however.

thanks i guess i would need a jack and tool kit unless i rely on AAA. also not too much comes up searching A2074000102.
Search with the spaces to get different results A 207 400 01 02. Do check to make sure it is the rim and tire, not just rim before buying though. I just found the number on the EPC. You can get a tool set (jack, lugwrench, chock etc) for like $50 on Ebay. Anyone from a w204 C Class or W212 E Class or whatever will work.
The price for A 205 400 0100 is around 200 Euros, or $215. $500 is quite a mark-up, even for the UK! Both this and the A2074000102 part that rustycruiser lists are for the wheel only ("rad" = wheel).
The UK accessories brochure for the C Class has a toolkit for use when changing wheels - part B6 685 0788. The German site's price list has that at around 50 Euros, or around $55.
