Rear passenger seat rattling noise at lower rpm

My C300 (Canada) has less than 700 kms on it and I'm hearing a rattling noise under the passenger side rear seat. The noise is pretty noticeable when the engine is idling, and it gets worse as I move into 1st gear. The strange thing is, there is no noise when there is a passenger sitting on the seat. Which leads me to believe that something within the actual seat has come loose.
Has anyone else had any noise issues with their seats? Can I lift up the rear seats in any way? The issues started after I tested out folding the seats

No I checked for that. The seat is firmly placed up right. I also checked to see if the seat belt buckle or the holder is the cause. The sound seems to come from below the seat. When I press down on the seat (the sitting area) the noise stops. Sometimes the noise is really noticeable and sometimes it faint.

How about where the seat belt clicks into? I have a rattle on my passenger seat and noticed it was only when I was alone in the car. Determined it is a plastic piece inside of the part where the seat belt clicks into. Haven't taken it to the dealership just yet as it hasn't annoyed me enough but it's getting close!
