2015 C300 4MATIC
I have the "Driver assistance" Package (U.S. name for the option) on my C300.
- Active Lane Assist is wicked cool. There is a minimum speed, believe 40 mph, and the car auto-steers. One situation to be aware of. If you are in a lane that splits into two (for example, the right lane turns into right lane and an exit lane to its right) and there is a car in front of you that takes the exit -- your car may follow that cars license plate. However, since you don't take your hands off the wheel and you pay attention, this should not be a problem![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
- The Distronic Cruise control is great in traffic. slows you down and speeds you up. A situation to be aware of ... Since the car keeps a reasonable distance from the car in front of you -- certain, ahem, inconsiderate, drivers might pull into the gap. When that happens, you slow down to re-establish the gap. If the car pulling in front of you slows a bit -- you need to make certain the car behind you doesn't plow into you. If I see that situation unfolding, I tap the gas to get a bit of speed and give the driver behind me time to react. I'm certain you will figure out your technique.
Now that I have active lane assist, lane departure warning, and speed sensitive cruise control -- I am not certain how anyone can drive without those features. After one measly week (had the car three weeks), I can't stand to drive a car without those features

Congratulations on your new purchase. Trust me, you will love it. I have mine since early December and I am still thrilled every time I drive it. The C400 engine gives you effortless power and the ability to adjust performance and ride parameters with agility select and airmatic is simply incredible. Also when you experience the technology included in the Driver Assistance Package you will be amazed.

Just wait until you rent a car - it will feel like you went back in time.

Some of the basic MBrace features are very good, but the Internet options are very slow and not as good as any smartphone.

I can't figure out where it is on the command menu. I looked through but couldn't find where wifi hotspot is. Is it a US only option and is it available on cars purchased in Canada?
